Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Executive from 1 to 1.5 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic hands-on knowledge of managing social media platforms and running Google Ads campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Assist in planning and executing content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Post, schedule, and manage daily content (text, images, videos, stories). Monitor and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner. Track performance metrics and help prepare social media reports. Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to suggest content improvements. Google Ads: Assist in setting up and monitoring Google Search and Display campaigns. Support the creation of ad copies, keyword research, and audience targeting. Help track conversions and optimize campaigns for performance. Learn to use tools like Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 1–1.5 year of experience in social media and/or Google Ads . Strong written and verbal communication skills. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have: Google Ads certification (not mandatory). Experience with basic design tools (Photoshop, Canva). Knowledge of SEO basics. Basic understanding of Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads interface. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred) Google Ads: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
