Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Design Executive who can elevate our brand presence through visually compelling content and performance-driven social media strategies. You will work at the intersection of design, video, content, and analytics—leveraging AI tools to optimize output and engagement. *Key Responsibilities:* Plan and execute social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Design engaging graphics, reels, carousels, and creatives aligned with brand aesthetics. Edit short-form and long-form videos for organic and paid campaigns. Use AI tools for content generation, automation, and design enhancement (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, RunwayML). Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to align visual content with campaign goals. Monitor performance metrics and tweak strategies to improve engagement and reach. Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and content innovations. *Required Skills:* Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, Figma Strong video editing skills: Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar Understanding of AI-powered tools for content creation and productivity Strong grasp of social media platforms, trends, and algorithm behavior Excellent communication and time-management skills Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency *Bonus Skills (Good to Have):* Basic copywriting Experience in paid ad creatives Motion graphics / animation Experience in health, wellness, or tech-driven brands

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
