Social Media & Ads Executive (Entry-Level)

About Us

We are a growing education brand in the K-12 sector, currently expanding through franchise partnerships across India. We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Social Media & Ads Executive to support our digital marketing efforts and grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Create basic visual content using tools like Canva or similar design platforms
• Assist in running paid campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads
• Write engaging captions, ad copy, and social media text
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages
• Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns
• Track performance metrics and report on campaign results

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing (internship experience can be considered)
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms
• Familiarity with content planning tools like Meta Business Suite or Buffer
• Proficiency in English and a good grasp of written communication
• Interest in learning digital advertising and performance marketing
• Willingness to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment
