Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead digital experiences for brands across various platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, content-driven, and passionate about delivering engaging digital experiences that align with brand vision. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to manage and optimize content strategies while staying ahead of digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the brand's vision and core messaging to create content strategies that reflect the creative standards of the agency.
  • Develop innovative, engaging, and tech-forward content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, and company websites.
  • Manage day-to-day content creation and campaign execution across all digital platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to bring ideas to life with impactful visual content.
  • Stay up to date with digital and content media trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead research and ideation efforts for content that is interactive, educational, and audience-centric.
  • Maintain client communication, understand campaign goals, and ensure timely reporting and updates to the Account Manager.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, including engagement, traffic, conversions, and ROI, to drive content strategy improvements.
  • Develop creative buzz and brand storytelling to enhance awareness, loyalty, and community building.
  • Manage and monitor the brand's presence across all digital channels effectively.

  • Strong grasp of digital marketing trends, platform algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness and engagement.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with creative and client servicing teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing content across social platforms in a brand or agency environment.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and content scheduling platforms.
