Position Overview:

Labour and Human Rights / Social Audits

• Child labor
• Forced labor
• Health & safety
• Working hours
• Wages
• Management systems in line with Indian labor laws and international standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits in compliance with Indian labor laws (e.g., Factories Act, CLRA, Minimum Wages Act)
• Deliver clear, professional reports with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
• Ensure timely delivery of audit findings and support CAPA (Corrective Action & Preventive Action) closures
• Maintain strict audit ethics and confidentiality
• Stay up to date with industry and regulatory trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Social Sciences, Labor Relations, Industrial Management, or a related field

• SA 8000 Lead Auditor Certification

  is an advantage
• Minimum

  8 years of audit experience

  in social compliance or sustainability
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws across multiple states
• Experience conducting

  PSCI audits

  is a plus
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Willingness to

  travel extensively

  across India
