SOC Power Design -Sr Eng/Sr Lead/Staff/Sr Staff

As an Engineer at Qualcomm India Private Limited, your role involves defining chip and macro level power domains, performing system level power modeling, conducting mixed signal power analysis, implementing Power Island/Power Gating/Power Isolation techniques, and designing structural low power components like level shifters and isolation cell topology. You will also be responsible for architectural analysis and development of digital power optimization logic, circuits, and software. Collaborating with Power Management IC developers for power grid planning and creating detailed architecture and implementation documents will be key aspects of your job. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering, with a preference for a Master's degree in the same field. You should have at least 4-12 years of experience in low power intent concepts and languages, power estimation and reduction tools, power dissipation techniques, power analysis, and thermal impacts. Familiarity with power optimization software features, voltage regulators, ASIC power grids, and PCB Power Distribution Networks is essential. Additional skills in mobile baseband application processors chipset, UPF-based synthesis, structural low power verification tools, and excellent written and verbal communication skills would be advantageous. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or a related field with 4+ years of Hardware Engineering experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of related experience, or a PhD with 2+ years of Hardware Engineering experience.
