**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** Brandtech+ (formerly known as OLIVER+) is a global team specializing in film, CGI, automation, AI, motion design, and digital/print content. As a GenAI Art Director, you will shape and execute high-impact advertising content by leveraging traditional design skills and AI-powered tools. You will be involved in ideation, visual development, and execution of marketing assets for digital and social platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with GenAI Creators, Copywriters, Motion Designers, and Project Managers to craft campaigns across various platforms. - Provide direction and deliver projects from concept development to final execution, utilizing both traditional and AI-assisted approaches. - Develop concepts, storyboards, and mood boards, leveraging GenAI tools to accelerate ideation processes. - Create assets for different platforms using the Pencil platform in response to client briefs. - Guide other designers and motion talent, fostering creativity and innovation within the team. - Ensure quality and consistency of creative output by reviewing work produced by yourself and others. - Research, evaluate, and implement new GenAI tools to stay at the forefront of industry trends. - Present and pitch new creative approaches to clients, emphasizing the value of GenAI-powered solutions. - Oversee the timely delivery of finished assets across multiple projects. **Qualifications Required:** - Art Direction or senior creative experience in advertising, with exposure to motion or digital campaigns. - Proven Art Direction portfolio showcasing traditional and AI-assisted projects. - Experience working with multidisciplinary creative teams and guiding project execution. - Working knowledge of GenAI tools (Training on Pencil will be provided). - Hands-on experience with GenAI-driven ideation and asset generation. - Strong retouching skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud. - Advanced visual storytelling and communication skills. - Collaborative mentorship style and enthusiasm for upskilling others in new technologies. - Strong written and verbal English communication skills. - Optimistic mindset regarding the opportunities of GenAI in creative industries. **Additional Details:** Brandtech+ values include being Ambitious, Imaginative, Inspirational, always learning, and Results-focused.
