About Client Hiring for One of the Most Prestigious Multinational Corporations Job Title : Snowflake Developer. Qualification :Any Graduate or Above Total Experience :3 to 12 years Location : Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, PUNE, Kochi, Noida, Bhubaneshwar. Must Have Skills : 312 years of experience in Data Warehousing and ETL development. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake . Strong proficiency in SQL and performance tuning. Solid understanding of Snowflake features : Virtual Warehouses, Streams, Tasks, Time Travel, Cloning, and Security. Experience with ETL tools: Informatica, Talend, Matillion, Apache Nifi, etc. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with data modeling tools and techniques. Hands-on experience with scripting languages (Python preferred). Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git). Roles and Responsibilities : Design and implement scalable and high-performing data warehouse solutions using Snowflake. Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures. Migrate data from legacy systems to Snowflake using tools like Talend, Informatica, Apache Nifi, or custom ETL pipelines. Implement data modeling techniques (Star/Snowflake schemas) and data partitioning strategies. Ensure data quality, security, and governance best practices are followed. Monitor Snowflake performance and implement tuning solutions. Integrate Snowflake with various data sources (on-premise and cloud-based). Collaborate with BI developers, analysts, and other stakeholders for data requirements gathering and reporting needs. Automate data loading, transformation, and orchestration using tools like DBT, Airflow, or native Snowflake features (Tasks, Streams, etc.). Document technical designs, workflows, and business logic.
