Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Enterprise Sales Manager located in Mumbai reporting into the Director of SNA. The role mandates leading the IT Networking & Security Services vertical at SNA from a business standpoint owning the P&L and it's resultant input & output goals. The incumbent requires a strong knowledge of IT Networking & Security Services(Active & Passive), an existing customer base, strategic thinking, and long term vision to transform this into a standalone business vertical. The incumbent will be given freedom to hire 3 sales executives under her/his leadership. . Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills OEM experience is a plus Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the IT industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
