SMTS- FullStack Software Engineer (Front-end Focused)

Role Overview: Salesforce is seeking highly talented software developers to join their team and make a significant and measurable positive impact through innovative coding. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, design, implement, test, and deliver highly scalable products and applications - Master the development process, culture, and code base to enhance efficiency - Operate effectively in a hybrid engineering model, taking responsibility for quality in your own code and collaborating with other engineers - Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, user experience experts, and performance engineers - Present your design ideas internally and externally, as well as provide feedback on others" designs - Develop test strategies, design automation frameworks, and write unit/functional tests to increase code coverage and automation metrics Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of professional software development experience - Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming and proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, Ruby, Python) - Proven understanding of web application development - Experience with Database technologies such as SQL, PL/SQL, and relational database schema design - Proficiency in automated testing, including unit and functional testing using Java, JUnit, and Selenium - Excellent interpersonal skills - Degree or equivalent relevant experience required, with evaluation based on core competencies for the role (e.g., extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.) Additional Details: Salesforce offers a comprehensive benefits package, including well-being reimbursement, generous parental leave, adoption assistance, fertility benefits, and more.
