SMT Engineer - Process , Equipment

As a Process/Equipment Engineer specialized in SMT, your primary role will involve troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives. You will be responsible for reviewing and determining resource requirements, coordinating maintenance tasks with various departments, and overseeing personnel development for efficient departmental operation. Key Responsibilities: - Programming and Troubleshooting of SMT Machines including ASM Paste Printer, SPI, Mounters, Reflow Profiling, Router, Glue Dispensing, and LASER Marking Machines. - Strong understanding of PCBA/SMT Machines Process. - Conduct CP/CPK study of all SMT machines in line. - Implement equipment preventive maintenance based on the PM schedule and procedure. - Provide guidance to production engineers to enhance efficiency and quality. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6+ years of experience in SMT Machines maintenance with a background in BE (EEE/ECE). - Basic knowledge of industry-standard testing procedures and quality control practices. - Proficiency in documentation such as PM Checklist, Machines WI, and System Procedures.
