Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Programming and Operation:

Develop, optimize, and maintain Pick and Place (P&P) programs for SMT production lines, preferably using Fuji equipment or similar.

Solder Paste Printing:

Oversee and manage the solder paste printing process, ensuring proper application and consistency to meet production standards.
Adjust and maintain solder paste printers to achieve optimal performance and minimal defects.

Process Improvement:

Analyse and troubleshoot process issues, implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency and product quality.
Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement process improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Pick and Place programming, preferably with Fuji or similar SMT lines.
Knowledge of solder paste printing processes and equipment.
Proficiency in developing and optimizing reflow oven profiles.

Experience:

Up to 3 years of relevant experience in SMT engineering and production.

Educational Background:

Diploma or degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
