Job Description Sutherland is seeking a diligent and self-motivated person to join us as a Fraud Prevention Subject Matter Expert/ QA. We are a group of driven and hard-working individuals. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Compliance or Fraud Prevention/Trust & Safety roles Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Experience in payments or e-commerce ROLE REQUIREMENTS Providing expert advice and guidance to a team of investigation specialists dealing with frauds specially for e-Commerce platform. Only female applicants will be preferred. Regular Quality Checks/Audits of transactions to identify discrepancies and performance trends in order to provide efficient coaching. Identify and recommend digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Build SOPs to help investigators perform tasks consistently; regularly review and recommend policy updates. Build and maintain fraud patterns and trends repository covering best practices and appropriate strategies to identify and minimize the risk posed by such trends. Work with all areas of the business to resolve issues affecting financial, legal and reputational risk.
