SME & Trainer - Mechatronics & Electronics

The role of Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Mechatronics or Electronics stream requires a candidate who holds a BE/Diploma in Electronics/Mechatronics with a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in the industry specializing in Mechatronics and Electronics. The incumbent must possess a deep understanding of advanced versions of PLC from various manufacturers, Scada, Pneumatics, Electro pneumatics, and control panel wiring. In addition to technical proficiency, the candidate should be prepared to create content and curriculum in the specified domain and conduct training sessions at the client's premises when necessary. An inherent aptitude for teaching, training, and learning & development in the Electronics/Mechatronics field is essential for this role. Effective written and verbal communication skills are required, along with proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools. The candidate should be willing to travel as per company or client requirements. Fluency in Kannada is preferred for this position. This is a full-time and permanent role with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during day shifts from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of a performance bonus. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Bengaluru, Karnataka, or be willing to relocate before the start date. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in Mechatronics & Electronics and 5 years in the manufacturing industry. Proficiency in Kannada language is mandatory.
