SME - Mechanical

As a Mechanical Subject Matter Expert (SME) at the company located in CP-Navi Mumbai, you will be responsible for the Operations and Maintenance of Mechanical and HVAC systems within the critical facilities. With 10-15 years of experience in Mechanical & HVAC Operations and Maintenance, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the mechanical and cooling systems for large-scale critical facilities. Your qualifications should include a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical with 10 years of experience or a Diploma in Mechanical with more than 15 years of experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Highly resourceful in maintaining and preparing Facility Site Standard Procedures and documentation. - Collaborate effectively with Project Team, Construction & Engineering Team. - Develop and execute a comprehensive Operations & Maintenance plan for the respective site. - Monitor Data Center capacity for Capacity Planning. - Contribute to CAMC contracts and finalize Scope of Work. - Upgrade systems and improve performance. - Manage outsourced manpower and Vendors efficiently. - Lead and Manage DC facilities at the site location to ensure 100% uptime of HVAC system. - Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analysis, and respond to emergency situations promptly. **Customer/ Stakeholder Management:** - Maintain transparent communication with management on the state of the Facility Site and its Operations. - Handle customer visits and queries effectively. - Manage relationships with internal & external stakeholders / Vendors. **Technical Responsibilities:** - Contribute to short and long-term organizational operations planning and strategy. - Serve as the primary contact person for addressing Statutory, Regulatory & Technical issues related to Mechanical systems. - Manage uptime of 24x7x365 for Data Center Facility Infrastructure. - Propose and implement energy & cooling optimization initiatives. - Manage Vendor relations and contracts effectively. - Monitor, Operate & maintain Utilities like HVAC System, Diesel Generator sets, automation systems, and more. - Conduct failure root cause analysis for HVAC & Mechanical systems. - Prepare MIS/HVAC reports and control day-to-day activities efficiently. - Provide remote support during Internal & External Audits. **Additional Requirements:** - Familiarization with OSS, SAP PM & MM Modules. - Possess effective oral and written communication skills, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Your role as a Mechanical SME will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning and maintenance of critical mechanical and HVAC systems within the company's facilities.,
