Job Description

Key Requirements

Excellent communication skills
5 10 years of SOC/Cybersecurity experience with strong L3-level expertise
Expertise in at least 3 of the following tools/platforms:
- Microsoft Defender
- CrowdStrike
- Purview
- Entra
- SIEM tools (Sentinel, ArcSight, Splunk, Securonix)
- Mimecast
- CATO

Roles and Responsibilities

Monitor and manage SOC support queues, coordinate resolution of incidents and tickets
Conduct production system security monitoring and incident analysis
Manage user and business access roles; maintain access policies and procedures
Perform troubleshooting using logs and tools, clear logs/disk space, restart security devices
Provide tactical fixes, workaround solutions, and incident root cause analysis
Review vulnerability scan reports, perform impact assessments, and classify threats
Apply patches, upgrades, and perform configuration monitoring for security devices
Support endpoint security management, IDS/IPS installation, and compliance reporting
Coordinate with vendors and escalate unresolved issues to client Tier 3 teams
Participate in organizational testing and security configuration management activities
