SMB IT Account Executive

Job Description: As an IT Account Executive at Rippling, you will have a unique opportunity to manage a high velocity sales cycle while also navigating a technical and strategic sales process. You will work closely with the account management team to identify cross-sell opportunities within the customer base for Rippling's IT products and drive revenue throughout the sales cycle, from initial discovery calls to closure. Your role will involve becoming an expert in Rippling's IT products, running technical demos, managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce for accurate revenue forecasting, closing business deals, and consistently achieving quota attainment. Additionally, you will serve as a product expert and understand Rippling's positioning within the competitive landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Account Management team to identify cross-sell opportunities and drive revenue for Rippling's IT products - Run technical demos and become an expert in Rippling IT solutions - Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce for accurate revenue forecasting - Close business deals and consistently achieve quota attainment - Serve as a product expert and understand Rippling's positioning in the competitive landscape Qualifications Required: - BA/BS Degree - 3+ years of sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B IT solutions - Previous success in high-velocity technical sales - Experience selling MDM, Identity Management solutions, or other IT-related solutions. Familiarity with products like Google, Azure, etc. - Comfortable running a full-cycle sales motion, including outbound prospecting - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Ability to acquire 10% of leads by calling existing customers - Courage to challenge the status quo when logic and reason require it (Note: This job requires working EST/EDT hours (5:30pm to 2:30am IST) and is a hybrid role that involves working at the Bangalore office three days a week.),
