The role requires you to work with ValueMomentums Customer Communication Management (CCM) team and help our insurance, banking, and financial services customers on business critical CCM projects and solutions. This role requires you to drive end-to-end CCM application design, development, implementation, technical reviews, testing, and bug fixing. The role involves communicating directly with our customers to understand their requirements.
