The primary objective of the SLP Cluster Manager is to ensure the protection of people & assets of amazon sites in accordance with GSO guidelines and Policies. The SLP cluster manager is a key role in INSLP team and reports to Regional Manager. The role is cross-functional which requires deep collaboration and influencing ability with stakeholders from business and corporate functions.
They assist Regional Manager SLP in day to day activities such as investigations, Risk assessments, crisis management, shrink analysis and implementation of security policies, initiatives etc. across all miles. They partner with the regional and program management teams to deliver on projects and drive compliance in the assigned area of responsibility.Key job responsibilitiesRoles and Responsibilities: The following are general areas of responsibility for a SLP Cluster Manager-. Planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing and executing process and procedures laid down by the organization and the SLP function.
- Bachelor's degree, or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- - Graduate and industry certification like CFE, CPP
