  • * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
  • * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • * Fluency in Slovakian language
  • * 0-5 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
