Slitter Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate slitting machines as per job specifications.
• Adjust machine settings such as tension, alignment, and blade spacing.
• Monitor the slitting process to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Inspect finished rolls for quality, size, and defects.
• Ensure materials are cut according to customer specifications.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report major faults.
• Maintain production records, labels, and documentation.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment

Requirements

• Experience - 1 to 2 years As an Operator.
