SKY RM - Global NR

Position Grade

  • Ability to understand business problems, identify opportunities of improvement and provide solutions for business problem.
  • Monitor and analyze data, observe expectations.
  • To manage a specific set of Platinum, Neon NR clients, as Service RM,
  • To assist with their service requirements majorly, along with cross selling and deepening the relationship and opening new accounts
  • Service parameters, like region's service requests, complaints, NPS, digital activation etc. are also required to be taken care of

  • Graduate with 1 or 2 years of experience
  • Strong data understanding and ability to work in large datasets.
  • Hands-on with multiple database systems
  • Ability to multi task and independently execute projects.
  • Team player, good communication and inter personal skills.
