Job Description

The Skin Trainer at Lakmé Academy Powered by Aptech – Drive In is responsible for conducting theory and practical sessions in skincare and cosmetology as per the prescribed curriculum. The role involves training students in facial treatments, skin analysis, clean-ups, product usage, and modern skincare techniques, while ensuring high academic and training standards. The trainer must maintain records, assess student performance, and mentor them for successful careers in the beauty and wellness industry. Candidates should have a diploma or certification in cosmetology or aesthetics, with 2–4 years of industry experience and a passion for teaching. Strong communication skills, subject expertise, and hands-on experience in skincare services are essential.
