Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sketcher located in Varanasi. The Sketcher will be responsible for creating detailed sketches and designs based on project requirements. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with design teams, interpreting client briefs, sketching designs by hand or using digital tools, refining existing sketches, and ensuring designs are feasible for production. The role involves close interaction with other departments to ensure the final product aligns with initial concepts and specifications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in hand sketching and using digital sketching tools like CAD
• Strong creative and artistic skills
• Ability to interpret and translate client briefs into visual concepts
• Experience in collaborating with design teams and cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and a thorough understanding of design principles
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Relevant experience in a design or sketching role
• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, or related field is a plus
