Key Responsibilities: Provide prompt and efficient support to internal and external customers, addressing fare, pricing, and sales-related inquiries. Offer technical advice to resolve issues effectively. Stay abreast of competitors, fare rules, incentives, market trends, and sales processes, offering strategic recommendations where necessary. Maintain meticulous travel records for customers, ensuring adherence to procedures and policies. Disseminate trade communication (B2B) promptly to all relevant stakeholders, as endorsed by management. Qualifications: Graduate Experience: 0 to 1 Year or Internship Knowledge/Skills : Thorough understanding of the travel market and global geography. Proficiency in MS Office Applications, Reservation systems, and any GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre). Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a high-performing team in a fast- paced environment. Excellent communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal abilities and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Knowledge of any regional language is advantageous. Willingness to work in a shift environment. Essential requirement: Accurate and rapid typing skills, maintaining exceptional written communication.
