Job Description: Full-Stack Developer for DCB (Node.js, AWS, and React) Key Responsibilities - Backend Development : Design and develop server-side applications using Node.js , ensuring high performance and scalability. - HTTP : Sound knowledge of HTTP protocol and its headers. - Browsers: Sound knowledge of browser’s Document Object Model, its object and properties. - Cloud Architecture : Implement and manage serverless architectures using AWS Lambda , integrating other AWS services such as SQS, SNS, Firehose, API Gateway, Cognito, CloudWatch, and Load Balancers . - Database Integration : Work with Redis, SQL, and DynamoDB to design, manage, and optimize database schemas and queries. - Frontend Development : Create dynamic dashboards and business GUIs using React.js . Develop client-side functionality with vanilla JavaScript , ensuring efficient interaction and data extraction with the Document Object Model (DOM). - Cloudflare Integration : Utilize Cloudflare Workers for JavaScript-based edge computing. About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Senior Specialist with a strong focus on Key Account Management and Strategic Partnerships . The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in solution-based selling within the IT, Telecom, or BFSI domain , and a proven track record of working with large enterprise accounts and channel/technology partners. This role involves close collaboration with key customers, internal teams, and external partners to design tailored solutions that meet business objectives and enhance long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle. Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and partnerships. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to develop and present customized solution proposals. Work closely with strategic partners to co-create offerings and joint go-to-market strategies. Understand customer pain points and translate them into feasible and scalable solution architectures. Conduct product and solution demonstrations, presentations, and proposal walkthroughs. Drive pre-sales efforts including RFP/RFI responses, solution design, and client workshops. Stay current with industry trends, market movements, and competitive landscapes. Ensure smooth handover of signed deals to the Delivery/Implementation teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 3–5 years in Pre-Sales, Key Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships in IT/Telecom/BFSI. Proven ability to manage large enterprise accounts and develop long-term relationships. Experience in partner/channel enablement and alliance-building initiatives is a strong advantage. Exposure to companies like Comviva, 6D, Roamware, Amdocs , or similar players preferred. Strong understanding of digital platforms, telecom solutions, or risk/fraud management is a plus. Ability to align technical offerings with business requirements effectively.
