Site Supervisor/Project Manager (Karnataka)

We are looking for a motivated Site Supervisor / Civil Engineer to manage day-to-day construction site activities for our projects in Hunsur, Karnataka. This role is ideal for candidates with 3+ years of hands-on site experience who are eager to take on responsibility and grow with the company.

Company Location: Calicut (Office-based)
Work Location: Project site in Hunsur, Karnataka (On-site work)

Requirements
Education:
B.Tech (Civil Engineering) or Diploma (Civil Engineering)

Experience:
Minimum 3 years of site supervision or construction experience

Other Requirements:
Two-wheeler + valid driving licenceWillingness to travel and stay at project site during work period (accommodation provided)

Languages:
Kannada, Hindi, and/or English (basic communication skills required)

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily site workManage labor, subcontractors, and materials efficientlyEnsure work is executed as per drawings, quality, and safety standardsPrepare and submit daily/weekly progress reportsCoordinate with project managers and resolve on-site issues promptly
