Job Title: Site Supervisor (Male Candidates Only) Location: Thrissur Salary: ₹20,000 per month Accommodation: Provided Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage daily operations at our construction sites in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in civil construction and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision: Monitor and coordinate daily activities on-site, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards. Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct regular safety checks, and ensure workers use proper protective equipment. Material Management: Ensure that materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly used. Team Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and workers to ensure effective communication and coordination. Reporting: Maintain records of work progress, accidents, delays, and other relevant activities, reporting regularly to management. Inspection: Ensure work meets required standards and complies with local building codes and regulations. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Experience: 1–2 years in site supervision or related roles. Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Indeed Language: Proficiency in Malayalam is preferred.Indeed Other: Must be male as per company policy.
