Site Supervisor

As a Site Supervisor for finishing works on an ongoing residential project, your role will involve monitoring daily site activities to ensure work progresses according to the schedule. You will be responsible for coordinating with site engineers, maintaining daily reports documenting progress and issues, and ensuring that health and safety guidelines are strictly adhered to on-site. Additionally, you will attend progress meetings and collaborate with the project management team. The ideal candidate for this role should be proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progresses as per schedule - Coordinate with site engineers - Maintain daily reports and documentation of progress and issues - Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed on-site - Attend progress meetings and liaise with the project management team Qualifications Required: - Total work experience of at least 2 years - Ability to reliably commute to the work location in Mangalore, Karnataka or willingness to relocate before starting work Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
