Site Supervisor (varthur )

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the on-site operations for our upcoming New Gamezone project. This is an exciting entertainment venue designed to provide immersive gaming experiences. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring construction and installation work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors.
• Monitor project schedule, ensuring milestones are met and reporting delays to project leadership.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors, enforcing proper procedures and quality control.
• Inspect work progress and verify that all installations (e.g., gaming equipment, lighting, flooring) are completed per design.
• Maintain site documentation including logs, reports, and progress updates.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including architects, designers, and client representatives, as needed.
• Assist with material ordering and inventory management to avoid project downtime.
• Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
• Ensure the proper handover of the site post-completion, including walkthroughs and punch lists.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
