Job position- Site supervisor Years of experience- 5 to 10 years Location- Mumbai Job summary Seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management within the Real Estate, Roads, Highways, and Residential sectors. Key Responsibilities Site Management : Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, safety standards, and timelines. Quality Control : Monitor the quality of work performed and materials used, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards. Team Coordination : Coordinate and manage on-site personnel, subcontractors, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution. Progress Reporting : Prepare and provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders. Resource Management : Ensure optimal use of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to achieve project goals efficiently. Software Proficiency : AutoCAD Key Requirements Experience : 5 to 10 years of site supervision experience in the Real Estate, Road, Highways, or Residential sectors. Education : Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree in a related field. Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations in the industry. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
