Site Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Site Supervisor to oversee client site visits, prepare job estimates, supervise maintenance work, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients, the internal team, and the management.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Site Visits:

• Visit both existing and prospective client sites.
• Inspect and document the maintenance tasks required.

Quotation Preparation:

• Prepare and submit detailed quotes with estimated cost and completion time. (Training will be provided to estimate tasks accurately.)

Work Supervision & Reporting:

• Ensure the maintenance work is carried out as per the approved quote.
• Supervise the crew and confirm completion as per client satisfaction.
• Get job completion sign-off from clients and submit reports to management.

Team Coordination:

• Recruit and manage maintenance staff as needed.
• Guide and support your team throughout the work process.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain a positive rapport with clients.
• Serve as the go-to person for client queries and feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Educational Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and meet clients in person.
• Basic knowledge of using a smartphone, messaging apps, and email.

Salary: Negotiable, based on educational background and work experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
