Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities at our project site in Nagothane. The ideal candidate will ensure work is carried out safely, on time, and within quality and cost parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily on-site construction activities.
• Ensure work progress as per the project plan, specifications, and timelines.
• Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to maintain high construction standards.
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and labor teams for smooth workflow.
• Maintain proper documentation of daily progress reports, attendance, and material usage.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety standards and site regulations.
• Report project updates, challenges, and requirements to senior management.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly.
• Assist in material planning and inventory management to avoid delays.
• Verify measurements and assist with billing verification for contractors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E. in Civil preferred).
• 3 – 7 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry, preferably in civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of safety norms and compliance requirements.

Salary Range:

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Work Schedule:

• Working Days: Monday – Saturday
• Timing: As per site requirements
