Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor all on-site interior work, including carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc. Ensure timely execution of work as per design specifications and approved drawings Coordinate with designers, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and issue resolution Track progress and maintain site reports, daily logs, and photographs Conduct quality checks at every stage of work to ensure workmanship and material standards Manage workforce and material availability to avoid delays Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company and legal standards Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to project managers or senior management Key Requirements: Proven experience in supervising residential interior/execution projects Sound knowledge of interior materials, construction methods, and finishes Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layout plans Strong organizational and leadership skills Good communication and problem-solving abilities Flexibility to travel across sites as required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 25/06/2025
