Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor with an architectural background, located in Rajouri Garden , New Delhi . The Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction and site operations, ensuring projects are completed according to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams and vendors, maintaining site safety, interpreting architectural drawings, and reporting progress to key stakeholders. The role also involves problem-solving on-site challenges and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in interpreting architectural drawings, designs, and blueprints
• Strong project management and site supervision skills, including planning and execution
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for engaging with teams and stakeholders
• Problem-solving abilities to address on-site challenges swiftly and effectively
• Familiarity with relevant building regulations and standards
• Knowlwdge of tools or software related to architecture and construction
• Relevant degree or diploma in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline is a plua
• Previous on-site experience in a supervisory role within the construction or architectural industry is a plus
