JOB SUMMARY: The Sr. Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising solar pump installations, field coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of on-ground project activities in Maharashtra. The role involves planning, managing technical field operations, data handling, and reporting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Conduct detailed site surveys and assessments
• Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
• Coordinate with farmers and implementation partners for installations
• Conduct post-installation inspections and RMS data validation
• Ensure short material dispatch and document JCR collection
• Manage component tagging, data recording, and Google Sheet updates
• Daily follow-up for installation plan (district-wise)
• Upload installation photos and documents
• Maintain PM Kusum Portal and plan for JCR signatures

DESIRED PROFILE:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in solar projects (especially pump installations)
• Knowledge of solar components, installation & commissioning
• Willingness to travel extensively across rural Maharashtra
• Strong coordination and field execution capabilities
• Written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Local language proficiency preferred

• Strong knowledge of solar energy systems
