Job Description

Role: Supervisor (Civil) Site supervisor is primarily responsible for overseeing all construction activities on a site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards by managing workers, subcontractors, and checking work quality while strictly adhering to safety regulations and building codes; key responsibilities include supervising construction activities, enforcing safety protocols, monitoring project progress, managing subcontractors, and communicating effectively with all parties involved.
