Site Supervisor (Ready Mix Concrete)

• Supervise and coordinate concrete delivery and placement at construction sites.
• Ensure readiness of site before arrival of RMC, including shuttering, manpower, and equipment.
• Monitor slump, temperature, and other on-site concrete quality parameters.
• Coordinate with plant dispatch, transit mixer drivers, pump operators, and client site engineers.
• Record daily site activities, pour details, and customer feedback.
• Handle site issues such as delays, access problems, or equipment breakdowns.
• Ensure safety practices are followed during pumping and placing operations.
• Maintain good client relations and address basic site-level concerns.
• Report any non-conformance or rejection of concrete to the QC and Operations team.
• Ensure return of all delivery documents and cube samples (if taken) to the plant.
