Site Supervisor

As a Site Supervisor at Studio Milieu Architects (Qubis Design Studio), you will play a crucial role in managing construction sites in Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and Greater Noida. With a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, monitoring project timelines, implementing quality control measures, managing site safety procedures, and controlling the project budget efficiently. Additionally, you will lead and supervise site teams, provide progress reports to project managers and clients, and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise. To excel in this role, you must possess strong knowledge of construction management principles, project planning, and execution. Your competence in quality control procedures, safety management, budget management, and cost-control skills will be essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for effective interaction with team members and clients.
