Job Description

Manage Site: Plan and schedule painting tasks and coordinate with team of painters to do the work smoothly
Manage quality: Supervise quality of the job and ensure work meets specifications.
Manage materials: Order and manage materials and supplies timely looking after the stocks in hand.
Manage people: Manage Labors and resolve issues promptly.
Manage safety: Ensure safety regulations and company policies
Manage inventory: Maintain inventory of consumable materials, paints, equipment and check the wastage
Manage communication: Regular Communication with Heads of the organisation as and when require and to ensure the job doesn't get delayed or hampered.
Maintain Report:

Daily maintenance and submission of Stock and Consumption Report.

Skills and traits:

Experience in Painting is must.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Knowledge of safety regulations
