Job Description

Role Overview: As a Site Supervisor (Fresher) in the construction industry, you will be responsible for assisting senior site supervisors in daily site operations, monitoring construction activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring safety and cleanliness at the site, maintaining material availability, recording progress reports, attending site meetings, and learning and adhering to company protocols and safety norms. Key Responsibilities: - Assist senior site supervisors in daily site operations - Monitor construction activities to ensure quality and timely execution - Coordinate with laborers, contractors, and engineers - Maintain safety and cleanliness at the site - Ensure materials are available as per project needs - Record daily progress reports and submit to project manager - Attend regular site meetings and report issues or delays - Learn and adhere to company protocols, safety norms, and construction procedures Qualifications: - Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) - Strong interest in site supervision and construction management - Basic understanding of construction drawings and measurements - Good communication and teamwork skills - Willingness to work at construction site,
