Job Description

We are a leading interior design firm in Gurgaon, is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site operations for residential and commercial projects
The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining clear communication between clients, designers, and contractors

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring adherence to design plans and timelines

Liaise with clients, contractors, and designers to address project requirements and resolve issues

Monitor material deliveries, storage, and usage

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with regulations

Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation

Manage labor and ensure efficient workflow

Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in interior design/construction

Strong knowledge of design processes, materials, and finishes

Ability to read and interpret design drawings and technical specifications

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards

Willingness to travel to project sites in and around Gurgaon
