Site Supervisor

Candidates should have experience of Site supervisor & Interior designer. He Must have his own 2 wheeler and a Valid Driving License.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising Interior & building project sites, coordinating with civil, MEP and finishing works teams to ensure smooth work progress without delays
• Vendor coordination
• Raising material requisition
• arranging subcontractors for various activities
• follow up for materials with procurement team and vendors, inspection of materials being delivered and ensure that they are in good condition and as per specification and purchase order
• inspecting the works and ensuring the works are carried out as per specifications and standard construction practices
• ensuring timely completion of all activities as per approved completion schedule.

Candidate should be energetic with diploma in Civil /Architecture with site experience of at least 2.6 years and also experience from Interior company is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
