Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Interior Site Supervisor for residential and commercial fit-out projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in interior execution, site supervision, finishing works, labour handling, and material management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily interior works: carpentry, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, joinery
• Execute work as per interior drawings, architectural plans and BOQ
• Ensure quality control, finishing standards and site safety
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, suppliers and labour teams
• Monitor manpower productivity, material usage and stock levels
• Track site progress and ensure on-time project execution
• Identify and resolve site issues, technical problems and delays

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years experience in interior fit-out execution / site supervision
• Good knowledge of interior materials: plywood, laminates, ACP, tiles, sanitary fittings, hardware
• Ability to read BOQ, drawings, measurement sheets and site layouts
• Strong skills in labour management, quality checking and time management
• Experience in residential interiors / commercial interiors / fit-out projects preferred
• Must be comfortable with site-based work
