Site Supervisor (Interior)- Residential

As a Site Interior Supervisor at Sheeraj Projects Pvt. Ltd., your role involves managing day-to-day site activities related to material procurement, vendor management, and subcontractor coordination for residential interior works. You will be responsible for overseeing site interior execution and supervision, coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams, managing procurement and delivery of interior materials on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality, and safety standards, tracking progress, troubleshooting on-site issues, and ensuring work completion within deadlines. You will also need to report daily updates to the Head Office. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day site interior execution and supervision - Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams for timely delivery - Manage procurement and delivery of interior materials on-site - Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality, and safety standards - Track progress, site readiness, and report daily updates to HO - Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure work is completed within deadlines Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum: Diploma / Graduate (Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil preferred) - Experience: 2-4 years in residential interior site supervision - Must have hands-on experience coordinating with vendors & subcontractors - Familiar with drawings, BOQ, materials, and execution processes As a full-time employee, you will benefit from a flexible schedule, Provident Fund, yearly bonus, and work at project sites in Gurugram, Haryana.
