We are looking for a proactive and reliable Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our project sites in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will ensure site work is executed as per standards, maintain safety, and coordinate effectively with engineers and workers.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities and labor
Ensure project work is aligned with drawings and technical specificationsMaintain quality standards and site safetyCoordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managersReport daily progress and site issuesManage site materials and equipment efficiently
Requirements:
Diploma or B. Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
1–2 years of experience in construction/site supervisionResiding in GurgaonMust own a bike for site commuteGood communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage workforce and timelines effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
