Site Supervisor in Mining Industry

As a Supervisor in the Mining Industry, your role will involve supervising the daily movement of dumpers, trucks, loaders, and other mining transport vehicles. You will be responsible for planning and allocating vehicles for materials movement within the site, ensuring proper loading/unloading of minerals, and monitoring vehicle cycle time to improve productivity and reduce idle time. Your key responsibilities will include enforcing strict safety protocols for drivers, operators, and transport staff, as well as coordinating with the safety department to prevent accidents and ensure zero violations. Some of the key qualifications and skills required for this position are: - Minimum qualification of HS Pass, with Graduation and above preferred - Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ability to read, write, and maintain basic documentation - Must be punctual, hardworking, and disciplined The salary for this position ranges from 13,000/- to 15,000/- per month, with P.F and E.S.I facilities available. The duty hours are 10 to 12 hours per day, depending on work pressure, with Sundays off. The job location is in Murshidabadh, West Bengal.
