Site Supervisor

To own on-site execution of the building end-to-end, ensuring that design intent, construction quality, timelines, and costs are aligned, while coordinating multiple agencies in a live commercial environment.

This is not a junior coordination role. This is an execution leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
1. Site Execution & Control

• Day-to-day supervision of all on-site activities (civil, interiors, facade, services).
• Ensure drawings are executed as intended.
• Anticipate clashes and resolve them before they reach site failure.
• Maintain strict control on levels, alignments, finishes, joints, and detailing.

2. Contractor & Vendor Management

• Coordinate civil, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, fire, lift, signage, and specialty vendors.
• Enforce sequencing discipline — no parallel chaos.
• Push back on shortcuts, deviations, and undocumented changes.
• Ensure mockups are made and approved where required.

3. Quality, Time & Cost

• Implement QA/QC checks at each stage (pre-work, during, post-work).
• Track project timelines weekly and flag slippages early.
• Measure, verify, and certify contractor bills and quantities.
• Control wastage, rework, and site inefficiencies.

4. Design Coordination

• Act as the bridge between architect and site execution.
• Participate in design discussions with a construction-first lens.
• Provide real-time site feedback to refine drawings/details.
• Ensure interiors, lighting, facade, and architecture integrate seamlessly.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily site logs, progress photos, and issue trackers.
• Weekly reporting on:
• Progress
• Risks
• Decisions required
• Maintain as-built drawings and handover documentation.

Experience & Profile (non-negotiable)

• 7–10 years of hands-on site experience
• Prior experience in commercial / retail / hospitality projects
• Exposure to architecture + interiors executed together
• Strong understanding of:
• RCC & civil works
• Interior execution (wood, stone, metal, finishes)
• MEP coordination basics
• Comfortable handling multiple agencies on a live site

Jewelry store / high-finish retail experience is a big plus.

Reporting Structure

• Reports directly to Founder / Principal Architect – Robust Neev
• Works closely with:
• Design team
• Accounts / billing
• External consultants (PMC-lite, MEP, lift, fire)

Location & Time Commitment

• Full-time, on-site role
• Vadodara
• 6-day work week (site reality)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,620.33 - ₹31,701.45 per month
