Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations for Amazon’s same-day delivery service Ensure timely distribution of delivery packages across 4 time-based volume slots (~2500 packages/day Volumes are approximate and only for understanding ): Slot 1: 1000 packages Slot 2: 600 packages Slot 3: 600 packages Slot 4: 300 packages Manage a team of delivery associates (bike riders), including assigning routes and ensuring they receive correct package counts Monitor delivery staff status (OOR) and assist them in real-time as needed Coordinate and process return packages efficiently Maintain accurate documentation of dispatches and returns Collaborate with Amazon team leads for operational updates and compliance Ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in the warehouse at all times Train and guide new delivery staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Fixed shift Rotational shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Experience: Logistics: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 12/06/2025
