Role Overview

We are looking for a Site Supervisor (Interior Design) who will oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients, and ensure timely project execution as per design specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor all on-site activities during project execution.

Coordinate between design team, contractors, vendors, and clients.

Ensure work is executed as per drawings, BOQ, and design specifications.

Maintain quality control and adherence to project timelines.

Manage site documentation, daily progress reports, and material records.

Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution challenges.

Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are maintained at site.

Handle workforce allocation and supervise contractors/labour teams.

Assist in project handover and final quality checks.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 25 years of site supervision experience in interior design projects.

Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction methods.

Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical specifications.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Problem-solving ability with a proactive approach.

Willingness to travel to sites and work under deadlines.
